Jack Emery, Zoologist
Jack has a Zoology degree from the University of Exeter and currently lives in Costa Rica where he works at a wildlife rehabilitation facility. He regularly encounters a wide range of wild mammals and reptiles, including some more exotic species.
Jack grew up with a fascination for all things nature.
After achieving a degree in zoology, he soon moved to Costa Rica to study wild animals in their natural habitats, including sea turtles, sloths, and monkeys. For the last 5 years, he has been exploring the natural beauty of Central America, venturing where few tourists have been.
He has camped on active volcanoes, scuba-dived with sharks, hiked through dense jungles, and met plenty of reptiles along the way!
He spends his days working hands-on with animals of all types at a wildlife rehab facility in Alajuela, Costa Rica where he’s lived for 5 years.
