Alec Jarboe, MS
Alec is a herpetologist with extensive experience working with crocodilians, venomous snakes, hylid frogs, turtles, and more.
He currently works as a Conservation Biologist for The Rattlesnake Conservancy.
Alec’s career in herpetology and wildlife management has led him to work with a range of species, from turtles to hylid frogs, and in environments that test his skills in both laboratory and field settings. He has extensive experience with venomous snakes, alligators, and many more all of which and and showcases these experiences on his Instagram account.
At The Rattlesnake Conservancy, his role as a Conservation Biologist allows him to engage directly with reptile conservation.
Alec has been featured in Herping Magazine and has played a major role in several studies. He also frequently promotes the mission of The Rattlesnake Conservancy across several media platforms and you can see him being interviewed by Buzz Magazine here:
